For the PVC, just get the appropriate plumbing to add the 2nd port. Most manifold ports are 3/8 pipe thread IIRC.

For the canister, if the MSD system is a CARB approved substitute for a carburetor, the MSD support site should have an approved way to properly handle the carb vent hose.
