Just recently I started to develop an issue where the 2-3 shift is lagging. After the 1-2 shift, the rpms keep climbing and it does not to shift, then finally it makes the 2-3 shift and then it does not happen again. It only happens when it is cold on the very first shift of the day, after that no problems. Not sure if it's a TV cable issue or possibly stuck valve. The transmission was rebuilt less than 1100 miles ago and had the Bowtie Overdrive's TV Made-Easy kit installed at that time as well.
