Came up empty at Fastenal. Same with @ Au-vee. The problem is verifying the threads work, and according to Au-vee, "we don't have them". That said, yes they do. NAPA didn't let me down. Unlike the original screw, these are tap screws. They're not quite the fit of original, but they tighten up fine.

The marks on the panels from the washers is 1/2", and these washers are 1/2". At least on my panels anyway. But I think I'll use a fiber or rubber washer between the panel and washer. If you prefer to use a different washer, NAPA part # 665-2194 is just the screw. That's my report.
