Yes, I fought with that bolt for 3 days after work. I finally threw the engine hoist after it and lifted the engine, then unbolted the motor perch and bolted it to the motor mount... the motor perch is easy to bolt back in because you can use an alignment pin to align the holes.
Moral of the story, bolt the motor mounts to the engine, bolt the PS pump to the engine, bolt the perches to the motor mounts, then bolt the whole mess to the frame, drink your preferred cold beverage.
