It's not "quite" that easy. But almost.

Besides the bed sides, you need the bed front, the tailgate, and the fenders.
Different bed cross-members (the metal bars that support the bed).
Likely different tail lights, back-up lights (you can mod the existing fleetsides
if you're a good metal worker).
If you want a wood bed, you'll need different wood.
You'll need the side steps themselves. They aren't hard to find, but the hangers for
these are next to impossible to find. I thought I remembered someone making these as an aftermarket part, but I can't remember where I saw it.
