Beware of the bed patch panels that many of the suppliers offer. I purchase a couple from LMC and when I started trying to install them in the bed of my blazer to repair a rust area, I found that the ribs didn't match up. I was able to coax them into fitting with a hammer, but if you try to do a large area, you will have problems getting things lined up.
I'm really surprised that none of the suppliers offer a full bed floor replacement kit. You would think that someone would at least make one for a long bed, then you could cut it to size for other applications, as needed.....Just my $0.02
