If you can find a set of reproduction cables that fit and function as intended, it's doubtful anyone would know the difference if there are minor variations in appearance. NCRS allows reproduction parts on Corvettes that are indistinguishable from the original parts. My Duntov Vette has quite a few quality reproduction parts and scored 98.96 points when judged. While I admire your drive for originality, this is not NCRS, and I doubt these trucks will ever be subjected to that kind of judging.

I'm using my originals. Just cleaned them up and made them look nice.
