I'd be looking for the closest good driveshaft shop that is used to dealing with the 4x4 guys.

You can do the wrecking yard thing and try to mix and match and most likely get away with the front half of a driveshaft that goes with the 205 transfer or take a whole lot less time and go to a driveshaft shop and have them build you the front half.

You might also want to look on http://www.pirate4x4.com/welcome1.php When it comes to changing stuff around on 4x4 rigs the members on there have a lot of knowledge.
