I have an 86 also, Apple red with the red interior. I started changing the interior to charcoal also. I had some red and some of it charcoal, but went to all charcoal in the end. I just though it looked better that way. To me, it looked 1/2 done with both colors on the interior. But by all means, that's just my opinion on my truck.
