Re: Door seal problem
Common problem on just about every aftermarket weatherstripping, cars or trucks. Usually, buying the softest available helps. But, short of experimenting with every brand out there, try this:
I strategically bent the pinchweld inward slightly to allow the rubber to just touch the door. I did this during the mock-up stage before paint so I wouldn't have to worry about damaging the paint.
