Does anyone have a part number for the power lock relay?

We are installing a power window and lock harness in our 79. Truck originally had neither and I bought a complete used GM set off eBay awhile back.

There is a goofy box thing, which my wiring diagram calls the relay in the power lock harness. Mine appears to be damaged. Would like to try to find a new one.
