House of Steel, Desert Dynamics, as well as other companies were making these and no one I know of put any markings on this stuff. Looks like the 67-72 bumper profile to me.

Here are a couple versions on trucks I've had. Most all had 2" pipe. The one you have has smaller tubes that I recall on Hickeys... but my recall isn't what it used to be
