There's an old thread here, discussing this subject. A poster said that 100th year color is titanium, which would be a shade of silver (?) A 100th anniversary pickup that's painted silver would be confusing, since silver is the 25th anniversary color, that wouldn't do. Buncha folks would be thinking that Chevrolet got an influx of Ford management people if we had 100 year anniversary trucks painted silver. No offense intended here....
1918 Blue makes sense, and awesome color!!!

I just wish the blue anniversary deal could be had in other pickups. The 50th Gold was on many different optioned pickups. I've seen many different engines, body styles. I had no idea there was such a variety of 50th pickups. I knew nothing about mine until I was talking to a guy selling parts at a swap meet, years ago. I kinda wonder if he was telling me the truth.....

Oh well. I can't do a $54,000 pickup, was hoping for maybe a Silverado 4 door, 2WD,with some plainer options.
