I'm in the process of installing an aftermarket steering wheel in my '70 C-10. There is a small tab on the backside of the horn contact, but it doesn't touch anything, just hovers over the pin of the turn signal cancel cam which is under the steering hub.
Is there supposed to be some sort of spring here?
