David, thanks for contacting us. The price with discount is $425 for the radiator, and we never charge extra for any of the following:
LS configuration ports
Steam Port
Built-in Trans Cooler
For the fans, I'd need to know about how the engine is built (hp & torque), and if there are any power adders (turbo, supercharger, nitrous). Let me know and I can provide recommendations.
