my findings
As far as I know all suburbans had headliners and side panels. Best evidience of side panels would be the mounting brackets mounted to the sides. I've never seen suburbans with the plain steel door panels but there probably was some. Although some blazers did come without side panels, that makes me wonder. I've seen a lot of suburbans just maybe never a plane jane.
I'm almost certain all burbs had headliners.
