IMO if they need blasting, I wouldn't bother. I found a set at the junk yard that I was going to clean up and sell, but ended up throwing them out as they were just too far gone.

I have the same door panels. I put them in the bathtub and washed them real good with soap and water, then use SEM Products https://www.semproducts.com/ to clean, prime and recoat.

In my case it's been about six years and they still look great.
