Thanks guys we have a 75 flatbed here at the shop 1 of 70 trucks that i have to maintain.Its the oldest by far but it has a new heart and does well hauling AC units as well as rock and dirt or whatever we need to dump,just a good ol truck
I did end up finding the short in the wire that feeds the very bottom fuse in the panel...yaa
