I would back off the torque just a little bit. Drive again and see if that made a difference. I recent had a 3,300 mile trip to Yuma and back with a 69 Chevy K10. One of the many prep items was to clean, pack brgs and new seals. Did the torque "correctly ". After drive about 200 miles, we checkef the hub temps, just like you. Found one hub significantly hot than the other 3. Back of the castle nuts one notch, rechecked in 50 miles. No difference in temp. I thought i had them all the same, but the temp was telling different. The rest of the trip went without any other mechanical difficulty.
