Oh wow, I just went through this two weeks ago.

I don't have the part in hand, as it is in my garage, but give Summit Racing a call. Don't bother with the tech service number, just speak with sales. The guy sent me exactly what I needed.....although I haven't tried to make the braided line yet.

AN -6 is about 3/8th but there is a fitting to screw into the Carter pump and run it over to your carb. (I also have a Carter pump, 72 Custom 10, 2wd, 260 I6). Seems like we have about the same truck.

Oh wait, are you going to try and keep your hardline or go with braided hose?
