I'm not even sure you need new lines, though the master cylinder changes so you might have some line fab there.
Otherwise as I recall there's a line runs behind the rear crossmember that connects to the junction block and go to each side, where it ends up connecting to the flex hoses. So it might all just stay the same for discs, at least that crossover might.
