Considering your stake pocket location, I’m going to guess that your regular long box was stretched rather than a longhorn bed being installed. Something would have had to have been done to the frame to accommodate. Have you bounced your frame VIN off your cab and SPID VIN?
EDIT: oops, sorry about that - noticed now that you mentioned there was no frame VIN. Hmmm.
