All the years we've been in business we have only had 2 people with a trans cooler (they've been very reliable and the reason why we keep using them). It may be that your specific set up is too hot (fluid issue, converter issue, weight issue or location, or a combination of the above), could be specific conditions, etc. Hard to say. In that case, assuming everything is as it should be (tuning, correct fluid and amount of fluid, etc), your specific set up may need either a separate cooler that is used in conjunction with ours (plumb into the external cooler first, then into ours, then back to the trans), or a separate stand-alone trans cooler with built-fan that is used by itself. Both will quickly fix the issue, without knowing the specific cause.
