I don't remember having to know all that when I bought mine..all they asked was about ecm connectors and was it dbw or dbc..but my engine was a 02 6.0
I would call and talk to a rep to make double sure ..if your not sure...
looks like a lot has changed since I bought mine...I just looked and I see what you mean...
I would just get a maf,alternator off a similar vehicle from a scrap yard..
I think the injector question is for flex fuel or not..i don't see where it asked about maf....what item number are you looking at?
