Hmmm. Last time I checked the frame VIN was about a year and a half ago. Maybe I am mis-remembering. It may have only been the year code - back. Does that sound right?

I think I may just keep it as is and sell it the way it is titled and be honest with the buyer. Not sure which would be less appealing as a buyer: Having a legally titled '69 Chevy with a GMC VIN, or a title for a '69 Chevy with a VIN issued by the state.
