It depends on how low you want to go.
If you plan on slamming it the cross member swap would be the way to go.
The torsion bar key bolts tend to be the problem with ground clearance as they hang lower then the frame.
I went with drop spindles / cranked bars on my 60 not as low as I wanted due to header clearance, but the ride is sweet.
