Those CV joints use "Inverted" Grease Fittings & you need a Needle Type Grease Injector, not the "Hypodermic" style. Also, way up in the middle they have a stud & needle bearing that you cant lube any other way than take it apart, which can be a real adventure.
Most folks run them till they fail & then go have a new tube installed in the shaft omitting the CV Joint, which won't be missed.
Is your 203 still Full Time or do you have a Part Time kit installed?
But back to your vibration if your 203 is still part time you can put the selector lever in "Hi Lock", remove the front drive shaft & drive it to see if your vibration changes.
If it has a part time kit be sure your locking hubs are functioning properly & not dragging.
