I used a Dodge NV4500 that had the input changed over to a GM and used the Dodge NP205 that bolted right to the 4500 and the whole setup came out less than 1" longer than the SM465/205 combo that it replaced. I used an Advanced Adapters manual clutch linkage bellhousing and their GM transfer case shifter mount.

The shifter mount will need bracing and I made a linkage for the shifter to shift rails connection out of 1/4" all-thread and rod ends.

This was the simplest way for me to get the setup I wanted with almost no modification.
