You can use a test light the same way. Disconnect the negative battery cable and connect the buzzer or test light between the disconnected negative cable and the negative battery terminal. Go inside and pull fuses from the fuse block one at a time until the light goes out or the buzzer stops. Remember if you have door switches that the door being open will keep the light or buzzer on.
