I reused the old ones since they were still useable. I also went ahead and used the floor support and a piece of 2X4 cut at a slant to accommodate the slant of the floor support.

Also, since I had removed the bolts on both front and rear mounts I only had to lift on the front support to lift both front and rear enough to swap them out. I repeated the procedure on passenger side.
