sweetk30, I've thought of using a newer emblem. I want to try and keep the stock emblems if I can though. Thanks for the idea.

I think someone backed into the truck the tailgate band was on because the whole emblem is cracked, and behind it the tailgate band is dented in. My band is fixable, but it needs dents taken out. If you have a GMC band in better condition than mine, I may be interested in that also. Thanks
