I would say you could order it COPO. We've heard of 348cu.in. in a C30 special order for RV's , so why not a 153?
Have lot's of literature but I don't know how the special orders were done.
Not specifically related , I jumped started an 1988 Chevrolet pickup with a four cylinder. Really tiny little motor. She said it was a fluke order, customer didn't want the truck , so she bought it.
