Even easier.

Get the trans and engine mated and put them in the truck. Get the trans bolted to the Tcase just like normal. Before you do this get the engine crossmemeber unbolted and slid forward ~2". Now get the crossmember/engine mounts bolted up to the engine. Drill your holes. bolt her up.
