What, exactly are the symptoms of the problem you've run into? Or are you just trying to confirm you shouldn't need a regulator?
Generally speaking, you shouldn't need a regulator for any stock or replacement carb when running a mech pump - the carbs are designed to run on the stock fuel pressure, which is around 5-6ish psi usually. But you could insert a pressure gauge in the line or at the inlet to see what's being delivered if you're trying to troubleshoot a problem.
