I looked on Oreilly Automotives website.
They show a 3/4-ton rotor, a 1-ton single wheel rotor, and a 1-ton dually rotor.
I would think you could easily swap your dually rotors for 1-ton single wheel rotors.
The C30 bearings seem to be the same for both.
The C20 stuff has a different part number, and the caliper attaches to the rotor different than the c30 trucks.


Part numbers:
C20 rotor 5010RGS

C30 rotor 5016RGS
C30 dually rotor 5022 RGS

C30 National bearings:
A1503S (outer)
A35 (inner)

The only issue I see with the rotor swap is your track width will be A LOT narrower.
Most run a 2" longer a-arm when using single wheel rotors.
