I am by now means defending Bill. But from what I understand Bills wife had to have surgery, and has been in the hospital. I have bought alot from him and he is slow to build and ship. Keep in mind alot of the items he builds he customizes for his customers application. He seems to be knowledgeable and parts have been good quality. He also seems to be ahead of others with new and different items. I have had the best luck with e-mail.
