hey earl , the problem you are having is extremeley common , but dont waste youre time buying one , these wiper motors ,or at least the majority of them are under recall , take it to youre local chevy dealership and have them run the vin number and check ,, it is the circuit board in them that goes bad and they will replace it for free , i just had my 95 done yesturday ,,
