even though he was asking for wheels without spacers, your post is still very helpful, because if he gets an 8 inch wide wheel and gets 2.5" backspace (your 5" backspace - your 2.5" spacer = 2.5" backspace) then it will look just like yours! good info to add man!

also, its is important to point out that backspace does not translate to different wheel widths, a 9" wide wheel with 2.5" backspace will stick out an extra inch compared to an 8" wide wheel with 2.5" backspace. same backspace, different fit.
Yes, I should have clarified, that was my intent. I searched for a rim that would work without a spacer, and without a custom built one (may not even be possible/look super funky) it wasn't going to happen.

And I agree with the width comment, I guess I was referring to overall width, not rim. I had may hours with string dangling with a washer and a tape measure and pages of sketches & "simple" math...
