hey i dont know if those are factory or not, My 71k20 came from oregon state, it was a fire truck, & has the same exact overloads. my build sheet doesnt have them listed. The fire department didnt put them on & they owned it since 74. I dont know about the original owner? Maybe they were offered as aftermarket through the factory. I'm taking mine off & throwing them in the trash heep.
