The only thing I can think of is that a 67 frame will not have the "dimple" in the frame rail to accomidate a power steering gear box. The gear is larger (wider) on the power steering gear box, thus needing the frame to be pushed in a little for it to bolt up tight. Other than that, as long as it is a coil spring truck, it should be identical.

Someone else please pop in if I am wrong.
