Quick Update:
Took over a day to get the first spring off. Just took off the 2nd spring in less than an hour. Just chopped everything off. Cut the springs, Bent up the retainer enough to get the last piece of spring out. Used a Sawzall to cut the bolt on the top, and a grinder to cut the bolt on the bottom.
