Being reasonable would have been giving the buyer a full refund and a return shipping label to send it back, or giving the buyer the correct radiator and a return shipping label to send the other one back.
It is not the buyers fault the radiator you sent did not match the description on your website.
It is not the buyers fault you were trying to scoot around on your own warranty.
You should not be falsely advertising.
