I'm confused. My '67 and '68 horn buttons are metal with a black rubber collar bonded onto them. The rubber collar is indexed so the horn button stays in right alignment. Its lips snap inside the tin cup. [Never saw plastic or nylon.] Last I checked the rubber collar was available from Truck and Car Shops in Orange, Ca. for under $10.
