somthing with amonia in it also if you can find it .

foaming action and let it sit till foam is about gone .

also i have 2 fresh paper towels . 1 to wash with and 1 to dry for less chance of left over dry streeks .

but if your class is old chances are its got lots of years of road grit sand blast action on it and it might be time for a new windshield replacement . but it seems kind of hard to find tint bar replacements last i looked .
