that's great.
for others who just can't find a match, I suggest using a piece of muffler pipe or the like, bent to fit the area, then have the exhaust shop swage one end a bit bigger to fit the larger size hose. install with short pieces of hose at each end. the bonus is that the pipe can have a tab welded on if it is a long run and then it can be supported-flexibly of course to allow engine movement under torque up. smooth the cut ends and use good quality hose clamps. it's only gotta hold 16 psi.
