I am by no means saying my rear sway bar is factory but I'll tell you one thing, whoever installed it did a nice job with all the brackets and such and must have busted their ass installing it. My truck has just about every option, tilt, tack spare tire in the bed, a/c, posi traction rear end heavy duty springs all the way around, tinted glass, sport mirrors, door edge guards, in bed toolbox just to rattle off a few.
