Camber can not easily adjusted so I would leave it if you are on a budget (especially if it is even side to side).

Toe should be slightly in at the front, so like 1/8".

I would recommend as much caster as you can manage. We used to crank the caster up to 10 or 12 degrees through the use of tapered shims, which really helps with the straight ahead stability.

This is, of course, assuming everything else is in good shape (like ball joints and stuff).
