Didn't think you were. Everyone is entitled to their opinion or feeling on something, no offense taken at all.

This trailer had electric brakes. Most travel trailers did after 1950. Mobiles did as well. Those that had brakes at all, that is. Trailer brakes were mostly only on the higher-end trailers till the sixties. Even then some of the littler trailers still didn't have them. Having had to remove one of the drums to replace studs, I found the brakes to be in excellent condition. Were I able to wire them up, it wouldn't surprise me if they work perfectly.
