Adopt a feral fixed cat, keep it inside for a few weeks, turn it loose. It will stay at your house if you keep feeding it. I have 2 feral so outside and I do not have a mouse r mole problem. Yes, they do get birds once in awhile, but starlings and English sparrows are abundant!
