Not bringing this though. Four pork shoulders for pulled pork. My son and his girl are having an engagement party this happens when you build smokers in your spare time. I also brewed 15 gallons of Oktoberfest beer. For the wedding in also doing a whole hog .Doing two barrels of beer for the wedding . One an Oktoberfest the other a coffee chocolate stout. So that's apporoxametly 62 gallons.
